People Management Training

FS4S offers training in all areas of people management,covering the ‘Employment life Cycle’. From resignation, recruitment, performance management (capability, conduct and appraisals), absence management, grievances etc. through to the employee leaving, this training is provided in a modular format (up to 2 hours duration for each subject area) although more in-depth training is available if required (half a day duration). For the newly appointed line manager or supervisor we offer ‘An introduction to managing people’ providing an overview of line management responsibilities – essentially the ‘do’s’ and don’ts’.

To complement the Employment Life Cycle we also cover topics such as ‘Stress Awareness’, Employment Law changes and many other timely updates which you need to be aware of.

We are also proud to introduce Myers Briggs Type Indicator personality profiling tool to schools for building understanding in individuals and teams and thus enabling better performance.
